A quick-service restaurant concept for downtown San Francisco. Conceived during the pandemic at a time when a rapid shift in food service emerged. The idea of 'ghost' kitchens came to the forefront of fast and safe service allowing customers to pre-order food from remote kitchens and distributed at an efficient grab and go outlet. HAWKERS observes the East Asian food stall experience
